Nicuşor Constantinescu: “the 26th of September 2008 has become a historical day because after three years of intense efforts, the official documents that mark the birth of this Euroregion have been signed. We must see what projects we may develop and what European funds we may access very soon, in order to persuade also other authorities to join our association. My opinion is that the creation of this Euroregion is a huge step for the authorities in the Black Sea area.”
Every year, at the end of October, let us remember that the Black Sea hides ancient unexplored treasures and the land around its shores reflects its beauty and the colors in such a wide variety. Our duty is to make bridges in order to bring to light and put its richness into value. We can do it through:
