Activities:
Activity 1 - Identification of regional partners (restaurants, schef schools) that will include the Black Sea Menu in their offer. The menu will include traditional dishes from the Black Sea basin, from starters to desserts including beverages.
Activity 2 - Developing a unique menu of the Black Sea in order to be served in each partner location.
Activity 3 - Training partners in preparing on each dish recipe included in the menu. This activity includes training activities for the chefs in partner locations, in order to be able to realize the "perfect" traditional dish.
Activity 4 - Annual food festival of the Black Sea traditional cuisine. This activity will be developed by each BSER partner, each year in another place/ country or region.
