Objective:
The growth of the tourist activity at the Black Sea area having the main activity in the cross-border area Romania - Bulgaria.

Activities:

Activity 1 - Getting the necessary studies

Activity 2 - Realizing a marketing plan to promote the new ferry-boat line and the areas that are being covered by it meaning areas from Romania and Bulgaria

Activity 3 - Starting the construction work to build and dispose the ferry-boat docks.

Activity 4 - Procurement of the ferry-boat with a total capacity of 250 persons and 150 vehicles.

Activity 5 - Improve and modernize the services areas.

Activity 6 - Open the ferry-boat cruise line and extend it to other destinations in the Black Sea Basin

Creating a ferry line between Romania and Bulgaria, like a first step, and then enlarging the line will create the opportunity for the Black Sea basin to become a destination of its own. The maritime countries have a lot of traditions and culture to share to the others. For that reason it would be a very good opportunity for these states to have a common ferry line and to create tourist circuits between them.
